Hi, and welcome back to pro packs and to session one of level eight. So level eight is actually the final level of the program. That's not to say it's the end of the meditation journey and you may well be asking yourself, well how can this possibly be the end? There's still so much more I have to learn about meditation. And that really, I think, gets to the essence of what we're talking about here. We're not talking about meditation being a fix for something or that there's some sort of finite end to it. It is a continuous journey and understanding of our mind and mind that's ever-changing. And sure, we've looked at the obstacles. We've looked at a sort of quality of doubt that can persist throughout our meditation. We've looked at the way we sort of perceive our practice and the life that goes on around that practice. And we've looked sort of in level seven, sort of how by limiting ourself and our journey to this idea of us being separate from others can actually prevent us from experiencing meditation in its broadest possible kind of way. As we go into level eight, we're gonna look at how we can experience a greater sense of space in our mind, a greater sense of peace of mind and how we can find stability in those qualities that we would like to experience more often. And when we do experience them, we would like to experience them for a little bit longer. So although it may sound as though this is sort of coming to an end. In many ways, I would say this is just the beginning and hopefully that's the way it feels by the time you come to the end of this level. But for today, all you need to do is to get yourself comfortable. And whenever you're ready just taking a couple of big, deep breaths. And just gently bringing the attention now back to the body. Coming back to that feeling of weight body pressing down The sounds and any other senses around you. And whenever you feel ready you can just gently open the eyes again. Take a moment as always just to pause. And as always just carrying that intention to be present, to be undistracted with an open mind, a calm mind as you continue throughout your day today. And one of the challenges you're gonna see throughout the next sort of 10 days is this idea this conflict in the mind that there must be something more. And sure there are more techniques. There are always more techniques, but all of the techniques are really designed to have the same impact. It's just sometimes we need different techniques in different situations. But ultimately it's still about letting go. Letting go of thoughts, letting go of the patterns in the mind, the inner dialogue, the inner storylines have existed for so long. Only when we can get...
