Welcome to this exercise on energizing. My intention is that you utilize the tools in this practice to build up the energy you need in order to power your intentions, goals and manifestations of this next cycle. Take this moment to center yourself. You can continue with any activities you may be doing, but if you can, find a comfortable position with your back lying on the floor, with your knees bent, facing up to allow your body to stay active during this practice. Taking a deep breath in, releasing it out. Tapping into your own rhythm, breathing in, releasing it out, allowing your body to release any physical holds, any muscles it does not need to use during this time, as you take a deep breath in and release it out. I want you to feel into the center of your body. You can place your hands over your heart, or just shift your energy towards there, towards your chest. As you do, continue breathing, tapping into your own rhythm, your own heartbeat. And in this moment, I invite you to open yourself to receiving energy from sources of healing, of support, of guidance, of wisdom, and of clarity from universal source, from the earth. And as you open, I invite you to start imagining doorways forming in each direction around your heart, a door underneath you, a door above you, a door to the North, the South, the East and the West. And as you open your heart, the center of your being, to receive energy, I invite you to open the door underneath you, receiving vast amounts of energy from the earth. And as you open this door, this earthly energy floods from underneath you and enters your heart space, taking a deep breath here. Now, I want you to imagine the door above you. And as you open this door, energy from the heavens, from the sky, from the planets, from the sun is funneled down through this portal, entering your heart space, taking a deep breath with this energy. Now start to open the doors in each direction. From the North, open this door, and receive vast amounts of energy from the mountains. Energy of wisdom, clarity, and perspective enters your heart space. Taking a deep breath here. Now from the direction of the East where the sun rises, I invite you to open the door in this direction to receive energy of new beginnings, of sunrises, and of illumination, allowing this energy to enter your heart, taking a deep breath here. From the direction of the South, I invite you to open this door for transformation, for death and rebirth, for diversity and change. Receive the energy from the South, as you open and allow it to enter your heart, taking a deep breath here. And lastly, in the direction of the West, where the sun sets, where we greet the night, closing the doors, finishing the chapters of anything that needs to end....
