Hi, my name's Andy. So you can do this either sitting up or lying down, but we're gonna begin with a nice, big, deep breath breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth. Then one more time, big, deep breath in through the nose, and as you breathe out through the mouth, just relaxing the body, closing the eyes and taking a moment to be still. And I'd like you to imagine or to picture somebody or something in your life that makes you really happy inside. Could be a person. It might be someone in your family, a friend, someone who looks after you. Could be a pet. Could be a place that you really enjoy going to. It could be a toy, anything at all, whatever it is, but when you think of it, your favorite thing, it makes you happy inside. And just notice how that feels in the body, how that happy feeling inside how that makes your body feel. Now just allowing that feeling to remain. Just bringing your attention back to the body, and again, becoming more aware the different parts of the body. And then when you're ready in your own time, you can just gently open the eyes again....
