Hi, my name's Andy. So no matter how angry, frustrated, upset you might be feeling right now, just take a moment to lie down on the floor, on your bed, wherever's most comfortable. And we're just gonna take three big deep breaths. As you breathe in, really breathe in deeply through the nose. And as you breathe out, breathe as strongly as you can out through the mouth. Now often when we're feeling very upset in some way, the body feels very uncomfortable. So I'd just like you to imagine that you're lying outside in your favorite place, and the sun is shining down. And we're just gonna imagine the sun starting down at the toes, at the feet, warming our toes, warming our feet. And the sun slowly, gently moving up through the body, up through the legs, up past the knees, up towards the waist. And as you imagine this sun shining down on you just warming the body, just starting to feel a little more calm, noticing the body feel different as it continues now up past the tummy into your chest, and your shoulders. And let the sunlight shining down your arms, into your hands, your fingers. All the way up into your head. That sun is shining down your face. Just warming every part of the body. Just melting away any of that frustration. And just take a moment just to enjoy that feeling before you do anything, before you talk to anyone. Just take a moment to lie there. Enjoy that image. Enjoy that feeling, as the body and the mind calms down....
