Hi, my name's Andy. So lying flat on your back, let's take a moment to make sure that the body is nice and balanced, that there's a little bit of space between the feet, and a bit of space between the arms and the body. Just taking a deep breath in through the nose, as you breathe out through the mouth, just gently closing the eyes. And as you lie there, I'd like you to imagine, that there's a balloon attached to your left arm. The balloon's very light, and it's gonna travel up into the sky. As the balloon travels upwards, it's as though it takes the arm with it. Your arm doesn't have to leave the floor, or the bed, it's more just a feeling as though it's floating upwards. It's okay if the arm moves, but you don't have to move it. Okay, feeling very light. Then almost as though the balloon sort of loses a little bit of air. The arm just floats, very gently, very softly, back down to the surface. Same with the right arm, the balloon just floating upwards into the sky. Very light, very soft. And then just floating back down again, all the way down. So both arms feeling balanced, relaxed. Take one more deep breath in through the nose, as you breathe out this time, just gently opening the eyes....
