Hey, there. Let's take a moment to get grounded. Take a deep breath in and out. And again, in and out. One more time. In and out. Amazing. Let's talk about building confidence. Self-confidence is a feeling of trust in our abilities, qualities, and judgment, and it all starts from within by choosing to think of ourselves in a more positive light. The best way to build up confidence is by being mindful of your thoughts. Notice when you're lost in negative thoughts and use your inhale to reset to a more positive place. Your inhale cues your brain to produce free-flowing positivity hormones called endorphins, which make you feel lighter and happier. So let's try it out right now for a boost of confidence. Get comfortable wherever you are. Begin by taking a deep breath in and out. Another deep breath in and then out. Notice how your body feels. Settle into the present moment as you take another breath in. Then breathe out any tension. Along with that tension, try to release any feelings of worry or anxiety that may come up. Notice them and then release them with the breath. Bring your attention to your face. Do you feel any tension in your jaw area, your forehead, or around your eyes? If so, gently soften them on the next exhale. Now think about someone or something that brings you great joy. Allow your lips and cheeks to form a smile. Settle into this warm, positive feeling. If you feel your brain drift, just come back to the present. Let that positive energy flow down to your heart. Feel it radiate through you. You deserve this. Light and happiness are part of you. Take one last deep breath in and out. Slowly, softly open your eyes. Remember, self-confidence is allowing the positive light within you to shine outward. And before you go, repeat this after me out loud or in your head. I will always speak positivity into my life. One more time. I will always speak positivity into my life. You got this....
