(bright music) Feeling stressed out? Believe me, you are not alone. Stress is everywhere. Work, relationships, money, parenting, finding time to meditate. It can all be stressful, but the good news is that there are ways to deal with all of this. First, Andy is going to break down what stress actually is. Then I'll suggest some meditations to help you out. Well, stress means something different to everybody, but essentially we can say it's wanting things to be different from how they are right now. Headspace won't make stress magically vanish, but it will guide you into a better relationship with stress. That's where meditation mindfulness has been so impactful. It hasn't eliminated my anxieties, it hasn't eliminated my stress, but it has actually shown me ways in which I can take a different perspective. With just 10 days of practice, you can reduce your stress and anxiety. Try a soothing meditation like my Breathing into Stress exercise. Deep breathing helps to send a signal to the brain that we are okay. Explore a course, and if you're in a stressful moment and need quick relief, that's what our SOSs are for. I'd like you to imagine a steady stream of warm sunshine flowing down through the head into the body. If stress plays a big role in your life, you may want to consider our guided stress program which will help you get to know your stress, manage setbacks, and teach you how to deal with your stress whenever it comes up for you. One of the things I actually like about the program, it's very concise. Four to 10 minutes is something that you can do, start your day off with and your day with and do on a daily basis. Stress is a part of modern life but it doesn't have to be a way of life. So no matter what you are facing, start building your toolkit for stress right here....
