(waves whooshing) (soft music) Hi, my name is Dora, and I'm a mindfulness meditation teacher here at Headspace. I'd been struggling with anxiety when I found meditation many years ago. It was truly a revelation to me. We all have a mind, and all have times when we struggle with that mind. Through meditating, I learned that when you have a calm mind, you're better place to deal with whatever life throws at you. Through my years of teaching, I've noticed that people often think they're alone with their mind, or with their problems, or whatever they're going through, and that's far from the truth. Working with Headspace is an opportunity to invite more people into this practice. I realized there are lots of people that just don't think meditation is for them. I'm determined to create that space, and be that light for everyone to have access to meditation, to feel safe when they close their eyes, and to look after their minds. I'm excited to share my story, my teachings, and to create that authentic connection with millions of Headspace members. (waves whooshing) (soft music)...
