(trumpet playing) Morning Motivation. We'll get you outta bed in the morning. What's on your mind as you open your eyes and realize that you have a whole day ahead of you? Are you excited? So here's a news flash. There are gonna be things that you're not gonna feel good about. Could be traffic. Could be your boss, finances, relationships, you name it. But knowing that, knowing that there's kind of a freedom because you have a choice. How are you gonna handle your feelings about those inevitable situations? The human condition is what some people call it. Are you gonna handle them with anger and frustration? If so, put out the fire with gasoline. Are you gonna handle those feelings skillfully? Like have you ever seen a surfer just riding a wave? That's you. You're not even gonna start thinking I'm doing it I'm doing it and fall off. You're just gonna be cool. So what I want you to do is go out there and be a skillful surfer and ride your wave....
