(upbeat music) Hi, friends. You know what I think might be the hardest part in all of this? Making time for yourself. Between family, responsibilities, work, and let's be honest, my phone, something wants my attention all the time. But my meditation practice is something just for me. So carving out that time each day is a promise to myself, and keeping that promise is one of the best things I've ever done. It can be helpful to start small, and there are so many ways to show up for yourself. Maybe you like starting your day with The Wake Up. Let me tell you about the key to self-confidence. Really, it's just about committing to who you are. Sometimes you just have to pretend though. I mean, can I say that? 'Cause it's the truth. Or find that sleepcasts help you wind down. Tonight's exercise is a really simple breathing exercise. You might be here to quiet the world with breathwork. And then bringing the focus to the breath, noticing its rhythm. Whatever keeps you coming back, the key to building your practice is consistency. And maybe turning off those notifications, even if it is just for a little while. Whether it's communicating with your partner, telling your boss, or even putting up a Do Not Disturb sign when you're meditating, just create that little space, and we'll take it from there.
