(gentle melodic music) Hi, I'm Leon, and welcome to this quick workout, which is called Connect With Your Core. That's right, today we're gonna be getting in touch with those stabilizing muscles in the middle of your body, including the back, the sides, and the abs. We're gonna do a range of movements to activate those muscles and to build strength. Before we begin, I'd like you to take a moment to set the intention to be present with me for the duration of the workout. (gentle melodic music) Of course, the mind will wander, and that's totally normal, but when it does, just gently bring it back to the movement. And it's important to remember that everybody is different. If I suggest something that doesn't feel good to you, feel free to modify it or just skip to the next exercise. Okay, we're gonna start with the breath today....
