(gentle music) Hi, I'm Leon. Today we have a quick workout, designed especially for travel days. It's perfect whether you're about to head out to catch a flight or whether you've just arrived and you need to stretch out those sore muscles. And as ever, I'd like you to take a moment to set the intention to be present for the duration of our time together. (gentle music continues) And of course, the mind will wander, but when it does, just gently bring it back to the movement that we're doing. Now, when it comes to moving, it's important to listen to your body. It's totally okay to modify any of these movements to suit your needs. And if there's one that doesn't feel right for you, you can always just swipe to the next one. Okay, so let's start with the breath....
