(upbeat music) Good morning and welcome to our wake up workout. This is a really short routine that will activate your body joint by joint. Getting moving first thing in the morning is going to help you be more alert and awake so you can make healthier and happier choices throughout your day. We're going to use a foam roller to help stretch out and release those muscles. So, make sure you have one ready. Before we begin, I'd like you to take a moment to set the intention to be present for your time with me today. After all, you've made the decision to be here and move your body. So, let's make the most of it. (upbeat music continues) Of course, the mind will wander and that's totally normal. When it does, just gently bring it back to the movement that we're doing. Bringing together mind and body like this sets you up for a clearer, calmer day that's better for you and let's be real, the people around you. Now, the breath is so important so, let's start with some breathing....
