Invite my family members

Please note that employees and Cast Members must enroll or link an existing Headspace account to Disney's Headspace program prior to inviting their loved ones. If you are already registered and medically enrolled, there are no further registration steps required for you to participate in the Disney Wellness Rewards Program. Scroll down to learn more about how to add your family members to Headspace, courtesy of Disney.

Disclaimer: This offering is only available to individuals over 18 years of age. They do not need to be a medical plan dependent.

For non-enrolled employees/Cast Members & their loved ones

  • If you have not yet registered for Headspace, employees and Cast Members must go to: https://work.headspace.com/disney/member-enroll
  • Fill in the requested information to either log into an existing Headspace account or sign up for a new account if this is your first time using Headspace.
  • Verify your program eligibility by entering your PERNR ID
  • After you finish enrolling, you may invite up to five loved ones by clicking “Send Invites.” If you have a spouse/partner who has a Disney medical plan and is eligible for the Disney Wellness Rewards Program, you must invite them to join Headspace to be able to participate.
  • To send an invitation to a loved one, enter their email address and click “Save.” They should receive an email to complete their enrollment shortly thereafter. If they do not receive an email, either check their Spam folder or contact Headspace’s Member Support team at teamsupport@headspace.com.


For already enrolled employees/Cast Members, who would like to invite a spouse, partner or family member to Headspace

  • If you are already registered for Headspace through Disney’s program, visit this link: https://www.headspace.com/family/manage (You may be prompted to log into your Headspace account).
  • To send an invitation to a loved one, enter their email address and click “Save.” They should receive an email to complete their enrollment shortly thereafter. If they do not receive an email, either check their Spam folder or contact Headspace’s Member Support team at teamsupport@headspace.com.
  • If you have a spouse/partner who is on a Disney medical plan and is eligible for the Disney Wellness Rewards Program, you must invite them to join Headspace to be able to participate.
