• Does my subscription already renew?

  Yes, our Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically* to avoid interruption to your Headspace journey.

  Monthly subscriptions automatically renew on the same day each month (the day you subscribed), unless canceled. Yearly subscriptions automatically renew after the initial annual term unless canceled.

  If you subscribe through our site directly at headspace.com, we will send you a reminder via email 55 days before the renewal takes place for all Yearly subscriptions.

  *Due to change in regulations, some payment methods may not support automatic payments unless it complies with RBI’s e-mandate guidelines. Please get in touch with your payment partner for more details. In case your payment partner does not support automatic payments, you will have to manually authenticate your card every time when payment is due.

• How can I gift a Headspace subscription?

  If you would like to purchase a Headspace subscription as a gift, you can visit our Gift Headspace page.

  From there, you can select from multiple gifting options and add your recipient’s name, email address, the date you would like this gift sent, and a personalized message.

• How do I receive the Student Rate?

  The Headspace Student plan is currently only available for students within the United States, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, and the UK attending a Post-secondary or university age 18 and older. The subscription price is available for both full and part-time students.

  To get started with the student plan, just follow the steps below:

  1. Visit https://www.headspace.com/studentplan and log in with your current Headspace credentials, or create an account if you don’t have one yet
  2. Follow the prompts to instantly verify your student status with a qualifying university and continue to check out

  Please note: If you are unable to be instantly verified, you will be directed to upload a document for manual verification.

• How many people can I invite to join my Headspace Family plan?

  You can have a total of 6 people on a Headspace Family plan.

• Who is eligible for the Headspace for Teens offer?

  All teenagers based in the U.S. between the ages of 13 - 18 who register with an official nonprofit partner of Headspace for Teens. You can find more information on how to register at https://www.headspace.com/teens.

  At the moment, this is only available to teens in the U.S.

• I have a promo/gift code. How do I redeem/activate it?

  To redeem a promo, voucher, or gift code:

  1. Visit https://www.headspace.com/code
  2. Enter your code
  3. From there, you'll be directed to log in and complete the checkout process for your subscription

  Please know that you can only apply a code to accounts without active subscriptions. If you are trying to apply a code to an active subscription, you will need to cancel the renewal and let it expire, then apply the code.
