At Headspace, we understand that mental health is a lifelong journey. In order to meet you where you are, our care team consists of mental health experts committed to delivering you the right care at the right time.
Combined with self-guided resources like meditation and mindfulness exercises and expert-vetted articles, our care team is here to help you reach and maintain your personal mental health goals.
Your mental health team
Headspace’s goal is to make meditation, mindfulness, and mental health as simple, compassionate, and accessible as possible for everyone.
Our certified meditation and mindfulness teachers have trained with some of the world’s top experts. They’ve received training through programs like Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and/or have completed 200 hours of Mindfulness Meditation teacher training. All of our mental health coaches are nationally board-certified by an accredited institution, or have earned a Master’s degree in a psychology related field. From daily stress and anxiety to support through big life events, your coach will draw from clinically-validated tools like CBT, ACT, and other well-being practices tailored to deliver safe, effective, and timely care.
