Rhode Island’s Data Transparency and Privacy Protection Act (“RIDTPA”) entitles Rhode Island residents to know to what third parties we sell or may sell their personal information. Headspace is not a data broker and does not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, the RIDTPA defines “selling” broadly in a way that encompasses the sharing of personal information for activities like targeted advertising. Under that definition, we share personal information of Rhode Island residents to these third parties:

• TikTok Inc.
• LinkedIn Corporation
